Cancellation Policy

The multipurpose room can be used for sound healing, yoga, education, meetings, etc. If it is legal and does not hurt people or animals, it can be used! - It is the responsibility of the person hosting the event to set up and take down tables and chairs. - First-come, first-serve basis among those renting an office(s) - The multipurpose room is available to the public no earlier than 60 days from today’s date. Host – Ensure that when your event is finished: - All tables and chairs are placed back in the storage room. - The floor is clean and ready for the next event. The broom/swifter is in the utility room. - The kitchen area is tidy. - All food and lunch bags from your event have been removed from the refrigerator.
