Reiki
An energy healing technique that promotes relaxation, and reduces stress and anxiety through gentle touch. Reiki can also be performed on animals to help reduce anxiety.
Reflexology
An alternative medicine practice that involves applying pressure to specific points on the feet, ears, and/or hands. This is accomplished without the use of oil or lotion by using thumb, finger, and hand massage techniques.

Purchase a variety of oils to compliment your sessions at Meridian Wellness and incorporate into your overall health journey
Meridian Wellness provides house calls to all end-of-life and homebound individual within Manitowoc County at no extra cost. A $10 surcharge will be added to those outside of Manitowoc County.
